COVID-19 Safety Procedures

This information sets out Watches of Lancashire’s safety procedure that is undertaken during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will –
Wear protective gloves when:
Handling all products either for repair and servicing
Handing boxes or outer packaging
Clean desk surfaces prior to placing any items on them.
Wear face coverings / masks for all appointments with customers.
We would ask you to –
On receiving the product(s), ensure you wash your hands after you have handled the outer posting box and dispose of this if you want to.
Wear a face covering or mask if you have booked an appointment to see us.
We use Royal Mail (UK) and DHL (Outside UK) for all shipping. Both organisations follow their safety procedures.
