1940’s Movado Calendograph Triple Calendar R4826

In its time Movado made some phenomenal watches and they were worn by some very famous individuals from Winston Churchill to Andy Warhol.  The Calendograph was first introduced in 1938 and was a feature at the 1940 world fair plus Basel world throughout the 1940s.  The model ran up until 1954 when it was discontinued.

This Calendograph is in exceptional condition for its age with a 36mm crisp rose gold case with sharp stepped lugs. The dial is silver with a vibrant red and blue, accompanied by the blued hands. All around a lovely example that gives you a lot of watch for not a lot of money.
