1950’s Richard Automatic 104392

1950’s Richard Automatic watch supposedly pronounced Ree-sharr in a stainless steel case. When this watch came up we had never heard of it and sadly there isn’t a lot of information on the brand. It was listed as Richard Automatic, Richard SA, Morges/Saint-Jean in 1949, Richard SA, for automatics and chronographs in 1966. Sadly that’s where the information ends! Looking at it and how well made it is we fell in love. A great looking watch with little to no damage to the case, an unpolished example. The movement as the photos show is well made and stunning. This isn’t a watch you will probably ever find again. So who ever ends up with it will be incredibly lucky.
