1960 Breitling Navitimer 806 AOPA

The Breitling Navitimer is one of the most instantly recognizable watches. The design has changed very little over the years and this 1960’s model is a striking watch with it’s unusual and substantial size as well as the white on black dial. A must have watch for any collector.

This is one of the early versions of the Navitimer with the wider style hands. Also At 12 o’clock, the AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) emblem (the typical double-wing logo) is attached. The bezel is also different with a beaded finish which was used on early Navitimer models. The nice evenly aged lume on the dial makes for a delightful watch to look at.  In all original condition with not a lot of wear for a watch so old, this makes for a fantastic opportunity for a collector.
