1970 Omega Seamaster 300 ST.166.0324 Watch Co

The infamous WatchCo Omega known affectionately as “New Old Stock.” Simply put vintage Omega movements in a new Omega case. This date version Seamaster 300 is in grade A condition and since being discontinued the price of these watches continue to rise.

WatchCo, formerly an Omega service center, had the advantage of acquiring spare parts directly from Omega themselves. Recognizing the growing demand for vintage timepieces like the Seamaster 300, they capitalized on Omega’s extensive inventory by procuring a significant number of Seamaster 300 parts. These parts were then offered for sale either as kits or as fully assembled Omega Seamaster watches, utilizing either new old stock movements or donor movements obtained from vintage watches.

Despite questions arising regarding the authenticity of these watches, they are unequivocally genuine. Composed of authentic Omega parts, they have garnered significant interest among collectors due to their unique backstory and provenance. A stunning and rare timepiece would be a must addition to any collection.

Interesting Fact “The Omega Seamaster 300 was first launched in 1957 and was described as, “ruggedness of the Seamaster, more than the average wearer would ever likely call for in its life”.
