1970’s Heuer Monaco 1133B

The Heuer Monaco is an icon. Known best for Steve Mcqueen wearing it. McQueen wore in his interpretation of Michael Delaney, the number one pilot for the Gulf Porsche Racing Team at the 24h of Le Mans in 1970. But he owned more than one. Either as spares while filming or after the premiere of the film.

This Monaco Ref 1133B is in remarkable condition. Sharp case with the original pushers, crown, original blue dial and the iconic first automatic chronograph movement the cal 11. This early version has the rare cal 11 that was replaced by the upgraded version the cal 12 after less than a year of production. Heuer Monaco’s are becoming harder to find in a good quality condition let alone with the box and instructions.
